Assessment Tools, Diagnostics, and AI Processing
Business Expert Solutions Inc. offers interactive assessment tools and diagnostics, including the Executive Team Scorecard (collectively, the “Tools”). This section describes how we specifically handle information submitted through the Tools, in addition to the practices described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
- What we collect. When you use a Tool, we collect the information you provide directly (such as your name, email address, and company name) along with your responses to the assessment questions.
- AI-generated commentary. To generate your personalized narrative report, your assessment responses may be shared with a third-party artificial intelligence service provider (such as Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating that report. We do not authorize these providers to use your data to train their models, and we require our service providers to handle your information consistently with this Privacy Policy.
- Information submitted through a Tool is stored using a secure, access-controlled third-party database hosting provider (such as Supabase). Access to this data is limited to Business Expert Solutions Inc. personnel who need it to operate, support, or improve the Tools.
- Team and group assessments. If you use a Tool as part of a team or group assessment (for example, inviting your leadership team to complete the Executive Team Scorecard), the person who organizes or facilitates that team assessment may be able to view an anonymized or aggregated comparison of individual responses, as described within the Tool itself at the time of use. Individual responses are not shared with other team members in identifiable form unless the Tool explicitly discloses otherwise at the point of collection.
- Retention and deletion. We retain Tool submission data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide your results, respond to related follow-up, and improve our Tools, or as otherwise described in the “Retention of Data” section below. You may request deletion of your Tool submission data at any time by contacting us at info@businessexpertsolutions.com.
- No certified instrument. The Tools are self-reflection and informational resources. They are not certified, clinical, or scientifically validated diagnostic instruments, and any score, report, or AI-generated commentary they produce is directional guidance only, not professional, legal, or financial advice.
