For example, if one of their wins was a successful product, they will learn how much each area of the 5-Point framework made that win happen.
How To Reverse Engineer An Executive Win

Workshop participants will learn how to reverse engineer a past win, so they can clearly understand the details of why it happened.
Save, Delete, Join - How To Choose Your Next Win

Executives will learn how to choose their next win by using the 'Save', 'Delete', or 'Join' approach. For example, based on their last win, should they save the procees and do it the same way again? Should they delete what they learned from that win? Or should they join specific details from that win with details from another achievement?
How To Build A Wins List

Executives will learn how to build their own Wins List, which they can then use to inpsire their staff and customers.
How To Incorporate Winning Language

What an Executive says can make or break a project. So, in this step, senior leaders will determine the winning language they need to succeed.
How To Celebrate An Executive Win

All too often Executives are putting out fires - and putting off celebrating their wins. So, in this workshop they will learn how to celebrate authentically in big and small ways.
Take Action To Get More Executive Wins

In the final step Executives will talk openly about what is holding them back from getting their next win, so they can then talk about the action steps they can take to move forward successfully.
