Hi, I'm Gordon Sheppard.
After spending decades working with organizations, I noticed a pattern. Too often, when leadership teams gathered, they spent most of their time focused on losses. Budget misses. People issues. Regulatory setbacks.
But here’s the strange part. These organizations were producing incredible results. Winning projects. Growing teams. Improving profitability. Almost nobody was capturing why their wins happened.
So I stopped asking what keeps leaders awake at night. I started asking a different question: “What is your biggest win, and how did you get it?” That question became Executive Wins.
